We’re looking for an R&D Engineer to join our innovation team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Lead Engineer to develop and refine cutting-edge technologies for cable & pipeline surveys, UXO detection, and water quality monitoring. From prototyping tools to integrating systems into offshore operations, you’ll turn ideas into practical solutions that make offshore projects safer and more efficient.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Design, prototype, and test tools for cable tracking and depth of burial (DoB).
• Contribute to the development of in-house and custom survey technologies.
• Support offshore operations by optimizing equipment performance.
• Apply emerging technologies to solve subsea challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and survey.

WHAT WE ASK

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Geophysics, Marine Technology, or related.
• Hands-on skills in electronics, mechanics, and/or software.
• Experience in R&D or offshore/marine technology (preferred).
• Familiarity with subsea surveys, cable tracking, or instrumentation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
