YOUR ROLE
As a HR Support, you ensure smooth and structured operations within Deep’s People & Development (P&D) team. You support the team by handling day-to-day administration, coordinating interviews, appointments and internal processes, and keeping our documentation accurate and up to date.
You work directly contributes to a positive employee experience, efficient team operations, and clear communication across the organization. You are organized, proactive, and service-oriented — ensuring that Deepers receive consistent, reliable support throughout their journey at Deep.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
People Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Track and process leave requests, absences, and time-off balances.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks, including documents, planning, and checklists.
- Support contract administration and help monitor contract changes or renewals.
- Keep the Employee handbook and internal guidelines updated.
Planning & Coordination
- Schedule P&D-related meetings, check-ins, onboarding sessions, and job interviews.
- Coordinate appointments between employees and the People & Development team.
- Prepare simple overviews, summaries, or reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely, clear, and friendly follow-up on inquiries.
- Help draft or share internal updates, reminders, and communication from P&D.
Operational Support
- Assist with logistics for internal trainings.
- Help maintain smooth workflows and support the team in staying organized.
- Identify opportunities to improve or streamline administrative processes.

WHAT WE ASK
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative, or HR support role.
- Strong command of English and Dutch (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. HR systems, planning tools, MS Office).
- Excellent attention to detail, structure, and reliability.
- Comfortable working 32 hours per week and being present in the Amsterdam office.
